Beatrice Fraenkel is an experienced NHS Trust chair with demonstrated expertise of working in health, regeneration, housing and governance, and skilled in design thinking and partnership working with a strong private sector commercial background. Beatrice recently stepped down as chair of Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust and has joined the board of the Design in Mental Health Network.
